Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide and worldwide from Australia.
Order processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships. Custom orders (Card Squad Customs) may require additional production time — we'll advise timeframes when you order.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight and the carrier options available. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Delivery estimates (after dispatch)
Estimated transit times are a guide only and depend on the carrier and destination:
- Australia (metro): approx. [2–7] business days
- Australia (regional/remote): allow up to 7 additional days
- International: approx. [7–21+] business days, depending on destination and customs
Delays can occasionally occur with carriers during peak periods or due to events outside our control.
International orders — duties & taxes
For international deliveries, any import duties, taxes, customs fees or charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may also delay delivery. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Tracking, delays & lost parcels
Once shipped, you can track your order with the link provided. If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel seems lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@hobbyhijinks.com.au and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer; re-delivery may incur additional postage.
