These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hobbyhijinks.com.au and any purchase from Hobby Hijinks, operated by Hobby Hijinks Pty Ltd (ABN 92 694 045 077). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to purchase from this store.
Products, pricing & GST
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We try to keep product descriptions, images and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update prices and availability at any time without notice.
- Colours may vary slightly from on-screen images.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Afterpay and Shop Pay. Buy-now-pay-later services are provided by third parties and subject to their own terms and approval.
Hijinks Rewards
Participation in our loyalty program is subject to its own program terms (earning rates, redemption thresholds and any minimum-spend conditions), which we may update from time to time.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Hobby Hijinks, Grail Jail, Big Deck Energy, Pack Habit and Card Squad Customs brands, logos, designs, text and images — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Consumer guarantees & liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to (at our option) replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our site at the time of your order applies to that order.
